Sailing captain Valma Brenton of Herizen Life Adventures and I invite you to a wonderful week of sailing, yoga and painting in the Gulf Islands, BC. Departing from Nanaimo on August 25th in a fully equipped monohull sailboat, we will make our way south through the shimmering waters and abundant coves of the Salish Sea. If you yearn to sharpen your sailing skills in a female friendly way and drop deeply into your unique creative expression, this trip is for you.

Mornings begin with on deck yoga, mindful movement and meditation. Then each day you will set sail for a fresh anchorage and paint with the sounds, textures, patterns and the inspiration of sea, sky, trees, moonlight….
